Supplements are available for one-time purchases and subscriptions. These products are intended for use by individuals over the age of 18. AXIVM makes no medical claims about its supplements. Before consuming, please consult a healthcare professional to ensure suitability for your individual needs. Side effects may vary, and by purchasing, you acknowledge that AXIVM is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from improper use or failure to follow product instructions.

4.3 Online Coaching Services

Our online coaching services are subscription-based and offered under three plans: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Free trials are subject to a minimum commitment period for certain plans, as detailed below:

Silver Plan: One-month free trial with no minimum commitment.

Gold Plan: One-month free trial with a two-month minimum commitment.

Platinum Plan: One-month free trial with a three-month minimum commitment.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

5.2 Subscription Payments

Subscription payments for coaching or supplement services will be charged on a recurring basis. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid service interruptions.

5.3 Refunds and Returns

Supplements: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Training Plans and Coaching Services: These are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping is charged at the following rates:

Standard Shipping: £2.95 (Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50).

Express Shipping: £4.95

6. Cancellations

6.1 Supplement Subscriptions

You may cancel supplement subscriptions at any time through your account.

6.2 Coaching Services

Cancellation of coaching services requires a two-week notice, which can be provided via email or during coaching meetings.

7. Loyalty Program

7.1 Points and AXP

You earn:

1 point for every £1 spent.

10 AXP for every £1 spent. Points and AXP do not expire but will be forfeited if you delete your account.

7.2 Referral Program

Users earn 25 points and 500 XP for every successful referral.

8. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes may be subject to limited use and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

9. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not redistribute, copy, or use any AXIVM content, including training plans, product descriptions, or branding, without prior written consent.

11. Reviews and Testimonials

By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant AXIVM a royalty-free, perpetual license to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXIVM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, products, or services. AXIVM’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter informally through negotiation before pursuing legal action. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

14. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools, including WooCommerce, FunnelKit, Zoho, HubSpot, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo, which have their own terms and conditions. By using our Website, you also agree to comply with their terms where applicable.

16. Affiliate Marketing
