If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Training plans

If our plans don’t meet your expectations, let us know within 30 days to arrange a refund.

Shipping Costs

Refunds apply only to the product price. Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Online Coaching

While we do not offer a money back guarantee for online coaching, we do offer a free first month plus no fixed term contracts so you can try out our coaching services risk free with free anytime cancellation.

Sale items

Please note that if you purchase an item on sale or using a promotional offer, you will only be refunded the amount you paid and not the full price of the item.
