The 1-1 coaching program is for 6 months. This is can also be consistently renewed for a further 3-6 months.
With the program you will receive weekly check-in meetings via Zoom (the day and time will be arranged in our first meeting). These meetings will be 30-40 minutes discussing how progress is going, if any changes need to be made and tackling any issues you may be facing. You can also contact me at any time on my personal number if you have questions in-between meetings.
Within 6 months it is possible to achieve very good results with the correct guidance. Realistic goals and targets will be set early on to ensure that the goals will be achieved. Please note that this will ensure that you are completely committed to following the plan. If you have more long term goals in mind, we can discuss longer term coaching plans.
With the program you will receive a full lifestyle analysis to help formulate a custom training and nutrition plan as well as guidance on discipline, mentality and motivation. This will be conducted via weekly 1-1 check-in meetings to keep you on track and chat support for any questions you may have.
No. I will not create a strict meal plan for you as this is not a sustainable approach. You can not live the rest of your life on a meal plan. The goal is to incrementally build you towards making better choices and develop healthy eating habits.

Yes absolutely! I will tailor the plan around your lifestyle and hobbies and I encourage additional sports to help you keep fit. The progress from the online coaching will even help you enjoy your sports even more.
Getting results in the gym does not happen overnight and will take time. 6 months is enough time to see significant change and build life lasting change. If this is too long to commit to for financial or other reasons, on the initial call a 3 month program can be discussed in exceptional circumstances.
Results will vary based on individuals work ethic, time and genetics however, realistic goals will be set out early on to ensure that the goals are reached by the end of the program. Do not expect to achieve unnatural results in 6 months. Getting in shape is a marathon not a sprint and the goal is guide you towards a sustainable lifestyle change to ensure you can stay in shape even beyond my coaching.
Time management is one of the key pillars in the coaching process. I will create a training split around your schedule and create the most efficient plan for you to achieve results using the time you have.
Training with the correct form can sometimes be challenging but the plan will be made with your current capabilities in mind. I will also guide you with the correct ques and form tips for each exercise prescribed. You are always welcome to message me for advice at any time and I encourage you to send me videos if your exercise execution for feedback.

You do not need access to a gym for my coaching as great progress can be made with home workouts but I would highly recommend a gym membership for the available equipment. Another great option is investing in some home equipment. I can also advise you on the best pieces to buy.
