Delivery methods
Standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and express UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure the safe delivery of your orders. Domestic orders over £35 will have free shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Order processing time
Please allow 1-2 days after payment confirmation for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email updating you that your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:
Standard UK Mainland: 2-3 business days
Express UK Mainland: 1-2 business days
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands: 3-5 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.
* Orders placed after 12pm on a Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Lost or damaged orders
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at axivmuk@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
Address accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or mis-deliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
