Learn moreI’m Rohan Virdi, the founder and head coach at AXIVM. Five years ago, I walked into a gym for the first time, determined to change my life. Through trial, error, and unwavering persistence, I transformed not only my physique but also my mindset. Now, I dedicate my time to helping others follow this same path, empowering them to build confidence, discipline, and a body they’re proud of.
Growing up, I was never sporty, but I always dreamed of achieving my ideal physique. In the summer of 2019, I stumbled upon a YouTube video that sparked my passion for fitness. Inspired, I began training at home with a basic set of weights and constructed my first training plan through endless research. A few months later, I joined a gym, and everything changed. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of discipline, proper training, and balanced nutrition. I made plenty of mistakes along the way, but those lessons are what shaped me into the coach I am today.
After over 1000 grueling gym sessions and gaining over 30kg naturally, I managed to completely transform my physique and confidence. This was accomplished through relentless discipline, dedication and determination.
Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about building a stronger version of yourself inside and out.
The key to success is consistency, not perfection. It’s not just about having motivation, it’s about showing up when you don’t want to.
I don’t believe in fast, short-term results. It’s a lifelong change and building sustainable habits for lasting results.
